Where Did the Summer Go????

Just a Reminder Parking on the street is subject to a tow November through April!  Please pay attention to the weather if Our vendors need to plow, sand or Salt.

We will also be performing out yearly Preventative Maintenance in the next couple of Weeks.  We have posted this in the Kiosks and have notified as many as we can.  Please contact the office 725-9132 if you need to make an appointment.

 

Speed Limit & Parking

Just a Reminder now that Spring is finally here...Our Children are out playing so Please make sure to follow the 15mph speed limits throughout all of our communities.

Parking is allowed on the even side of the street only in Mariner Landing and Midway Terrace. This is to insure fire/life Safety Vehicles can get through.

I need to apologize for not updating this page as I should. March and April has been extremely busy to say the least. I am sure our Residents of Mariner Landing, Brunswick Gardens, and Midway Terrace noticed just how busy as they saw their neighborhoods filling up! :) I will do my best to keep up with this page.

Even More Snow :(

Snow cleanup from the last storm is still in progress... It seems as though Goodalls can not get ahead and Mother Nature is not helping at all. Tomorrow is predicting 4-6 inches which will put the snow cleanup on delay once again. I can not express enough that I realize how frustrating it is on all of our residents and once again I have to thank you all for your patience.

MORE SNOW....

I know what you all are thinking. It seems as though this will never end and alot of us are already dealing with up to 7ft snow banks on our lawns, which does not make for an interesting view from the comfort of our homes. I want to thank all our residents in advance for your patience as we work together with Goodalls Landscaping to get this cleared and cleaned up. The first priority is getting the roads cleared enough to be able to drive safely through our communities. after this is complete...
